Agreement and company information

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Neyrio LLC ("Neyrio", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the Neyrio website, dashboard, public links, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, using the Service, or accessing a Neyrio link, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

The Service is intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using Neyrio, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you can legally enter into these Terms.

We may restrict or refuse access where required by law or where use would be unlawful in your location.

Accounts

When you register, you must provide accurate, complete information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You may not sell, transfer, share, or allow unauthorised use of your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. We may require verification of your identity or eligibility before granting or continuing access.

The Neyrio service

Neyrio lets creators build protected links that route a visitor through an optional task or a paid step before delivering access to a destination the creator configures. Visitors may be asked to complete a third-party advertising, affiliate, or promotional task before receiving access.

Tasks and their availability may vary based on factors such as location, device, and other eligibility criteria. We do not guarantee that tasks, monetization, or destinations will always be available, and third-party offers are operated by third parties under their own terms.

Creator responsibility

If you create links, you are solely responsible for the content and destinations you connect through Neyrio. You represent that you own or are authorised to distribute the linked content, that your destinations are lawful, and that the link information you provide is accurate.

You must comply with applicable law and with the rules of any third-party network involved in a task. Neyrio does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for creator destinations merely because they are reachable through the Service.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use Neyrio to route to, promote, host, or facilitate any of the following, and you may not attempt to manipulate the Service:

• Adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or escort content.
• Content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or violates applicable law.
• Malware, phishing, deceptive destinations, or content that harms or endangers others.
• Artificial, bot, or otherwise invalid traffic; self-conversions; or completing your own tasks to generate earnings.
• Attempts to bypass the unlock flow, forge or replay task completions, or manipulate analytics, offers, or payouts.
• Automated abuse, scraping, or activity that overwhelms or interferes with the Service.

Monetization and earnings

Creators may earn revenue through a combination of monetization methods. Any earnings shown in your dashboard are estimates and may be pending, unconfirmed, or subject to change.

Final amounts are determined by provider reporting and validation. Invalid, reversed, duplicate, fraudulent, or non-compliant activity may be excluded, and we may correct reporting errors. We do not guarantee any particular revenue share, rate, or level of earnings.

Payouts

A minimum balance of USD 100 is required before a payout can be requested. Available payout methods are shown in your account or payout interface; PayPal is intended as the primary method, and additional methods such as cryptocurrency may be offered over time.

Payout timing is variable and may depend on external provider validation, provider-dependent reserve periods, reversals, chargebacks, fraud review, and operational processing. We may delay, hold, adjust, reverse, reject, or recover payments related to provider reversals, chargebacks, fraud, bots, self-conversions, invalid traffic, policy violations, or mistaken payments.

You are responsible for providing accurate payout details, and we may request identity, address, tax, ownership, or payment information before approving or releasing a payout. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.

Premium subscriptions and trials

Where Premium is offered, it may provide instant access without completing ordinary tasks. The exact price, currency, billing interval, trial terms, and included features are shown to you at checkout, and by subscribing you authorise recurring charges on that basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the available account or billing-management flow; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Failed payments may result in suspension or loss of Premium access.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once digital access or Premium benefits have been provided, except where required by applicable law or where Neyrio expressly approves a refund.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a billing period that has already started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] promptly. Statutory rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Third-party services and offers

Neyrio works with third-party offers, sites, applications, payment services, and destinations that have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control all third-party content or availability, and you should review the applicable third-party terms before relying on them.

To the extent permitted by law, Neyrio is not responsible for the independent conduct of third parties. This does not limit our responsibility for our own conduct.

Intellectual property

Neyrio's software, branding, design, and platform materials are owned by Neyrio LLC or its licensors, and you receive only a limited, revocable right to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content and destinations you provide. You grant Neyrio a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display, distribute, secure, and operate your links and submitted material only as necessary to provide the Service.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content accessible through Neyrio infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] that includes: identification of the copyrighted work; identification and the URL of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on the owner's behalf; and your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable access to material in response to a valid notice, and we may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Neyrio at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, fraud, security threats, illegal activity, provider or network violations, payment failure, risk to users or the platform, or where required by law.

We may preserve or delete information associated with your account as permitted or required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity — survive termination.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that tasks or destinations will always be available, or that it will be compatible with every device.

We do not guarantee any earnings or payout outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Neyrio LLC harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising out of your content, destinations, infringement, fraud, violations of law or third-party network policies, tax obligations, or breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you and cannot legally be waived remain in effect.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as Neyrio evolves. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email where appropriate and revise the effective date above. Where the law requires your explicit consent to a change, we will seek it; otherwise, continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
