Scope

This policy applies to the Neyrio websites, accounts, the creator dashboard, public protected links, Premium, support interactions, and related Neyrio services. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use Neyrio.

We may process IP addresses and related technical information to determine approximate location, task eligibility, security, routing, fraud prevention, and service operation. Retention may vary depending on the purpose and legal requirements, and IP details are not intended to be stored permanently alongside analytics events.

• Account and profile information: username, email address, account credentials or authentication records, and account settings.
• Creator and link information: protected-link titles, destination URLs, link settings, profile information, and address and payout information where you submit it.
• Premium and transaction information: subscription status, transaction identifiers, and billing status. Complete card details are generally handled by our payment processor and are not stored directly by Neyrio.
• Technical and usage information: IP address or IP-derived information, browser, device, operating system, language, timestamps, referring pages, public-link interactions, clicks, session events, task status, conversion events, and security logs.
• Communications: support, legal, copyright, abuse reports, and other messages you send us.

How we use information

We use the information above to provide accounts and links; operate public unlock sessions; select eligible tasks based on relevant criteria; attribute clicks and conversions; calculate creator earnings; process Premium subscriptions; process payouts; prevent fraud and abuse; secure the Service; provide support; comply with the law; improve reliability and performance; and enforce our Terms.

Public-link visitors and third-party tasks

You can use public Neyrio links without creating an account. When you open a link, Neyrio processes technical and session data to operate the unlock flow.

Selecting a third-party task may open an external site. To support attribution, eligibility, fraud prevention, and conversion confirmation, Neyrio may provide a limited identifier or technical information to the third party. Those third parties independently process information under their own privacy policies, and Neyrio may receive conversion or status information back from them.

Cookies and similar technologies

Neyrio may use necessary cookies and similar technologies, including authentication storage, security and session storage, unlock-state mechanisms, preference storage, and analytics technologies where enabled. Browser controls may let you limit some of these, which may affect how parts of the Service function.

Payments and payouts

Subscription payments may be processed by payment processors such as Stripe. A processor may independently collect payment, fraud, billing, and identity information, and Neyrio receives only limited transaction and subscription information.

Creator payout methods may require account, payment, address, tax, ownership, or identity information. Payout partners process this information under their own terms and policies.

How we share information

We share information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, with categories of recipients that include:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers.
• Database and authentication providers.
• Analytics and security providers.
• Payment and payout processors.
• Advertising and affiliate partners.
• Email and support providers.
• Professional advisers.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities where legally required.
• Parties involved in a corporate transaction, such as a merger or acquisition.

Advertising-related disclosures

Neyrio does not sell personal information for money as an independent data-brokerage activity. Depending on the technology and jurisdiction, interactions with advertising or affiliate partners may be treated as "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a "sale" under some regional privacy laws.

International processing

Neyrio is based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States or in other countries where our providers operate. If you are outside the United States, you understand that privacy laws in these countries may differ from those where you live.

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and to support payouts, disputes, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, security, and enforcement.

We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to legal and operational requirements. Backups and logs may be retained for limited additional periods.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, to withdraw consent, to information about certain disclosures, and to opt out under applicable regional law. Account deletion and data export are currently handled through support or legal requests rather than a self-service tool.
